Miss Emma Bromwich

MBChB, FRCS (Urol)

Miss Bromwich was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at the Bournemouth NHS Trust in 2009. She graduated from Bristol University, demonstrated anatomy at the University of Liverpool before completing basic surgical training in Plymouth. She moved to Glasgow for a period of research before commencing specialist urological training on the west coast of Scotland and subsequently in Wessex. This was followed by a Society of Endo-Urology Laparoscopic and Endo-Urological Fellowship at the University of Toronto, Ontario.

She developed a Stone Service from 2009 into a subspecialist service at Bournemouth performing all aspects of complex endo-urology, including flexible ureteroscopy, laser, supine and prone percutaneous surgery in addition to general urology.

Specialist service:

Miss Bromwich offers a general urology service for both men and women, but has a particular interest in stone disease of the upper and lower urinary tract.
